CLAIMS OF EMOTIONAL SUPERIORITY – There will be individuals who pass through your orbit making claims regarding their emotional stability and superiority over others. These types of people have ONE thing in common; THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING WITH THEIR LIVES; for example, they have lived in the same city, worked the same job, had the same group of friends, never done anything particularly challenging or difficult, are not widely traveled, have little experience with different cultures, and live in a comfortable small little bubble which they consider to be RIGHT.

Well, yes, OF COURSE you don’t suffer from negative emotions and are emotionally controlled, you DON”T allow anything in your life that might cause that; you stay SAFE from the EMOTIONAL SPECTRUM OF LIFE. Most people would not experience difficult emotions such as anxiety if they never left their comfort zone.

It takes some sort of RISK OF FAILURE OR LOSS, CHALLENGE, AND COURAGE to go out of your comfort zone and truly experience life. SO YES, when you say, “FUCK IT” and go get it, you are going to have some negative emotions because there are elements of the unknown.

WHEN YOU ARE ABLE TO RISK EVERYTHING AND STILL EMOTIONALY REGULATE IN THE FACE OF THAT, it is only then that you can PREACH emotional stability and regulation, otherwise you are just a spineless fucking coward, who is just “saying shit” to make themself “feel superior” to others when deep down inside their empty abyss they know that everything about them is built on sand.

IT IS ONLY IN THE TERROR OF RISK AND FEAR OF LOSING IT ALL THAT YOU WILL TRULY KNOW HOW EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT AND REGULATED YOU ARE.

Living Groundhog Day is not emotionally challenging so SHUT THE FUCK UP.
